A BIT ABOUT US
Our Story
Hang Up Yoga is a collaboration of yoga, tie dye, friendship, playfulness, and practice. Born out a desire to spread the joy that aerial yoga brings, it all started when Stacy, an aerial and floor yoga teacher, got the idea to tie dye silks to use in her children's aerial classes and hammock hangouts.
But, Stacy didn't know how to tie dye. But she knew someone who did, so she asked her amazingly talented friend Sonia to create her beautiful and vibrant designs and dye them with her unique tie dying process that is natural and eco conscious. The results were beyond her wildest dreams and they must be shared with the world! Together they created a line of colorful, gratefully inspired aerial silks that allow you to personalize your practice and take it to new heights.
